Join us to celebrate the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for First Mutual Bank! First Mutual Bank was established in 2018 when Belpre Savings Bank and Doolin Savings Bank joined forces. The two banks together have served the community for more than 250 years combined and are eager to better serve the Mid-Ohio Valley as First Mutual Bank. We will cut the ribbon at 9:15am.
