Join us for an informative Lunch & Learn workshop with our friends from First Neighborhood Bank!

TOPIC: A Happier, Healthier You for the Holidays

First Neighborhood Bank Senior VP, Amy Bradlyn will be going over some great tips for reducing stress at work around the holiday season.

Also join Audit & Compliance Administrator Emily Stamper as she will introduce some yoga techniques that can be done in your chair to help de-stress throughout the day.
