Please join us to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of the Emerson Library on Saturday, February 17.  Brian and his team are excited to showcase the new entrance and other renovations after several months of construction.  Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Parkersburg & Wood County Public Library and the Blennerhassett Chapter of the DAR.
